Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Konker is recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a newly opened Manchester studio within an established RIBA-chartered practice.

With around 80 people across the wider practice and an ambitious plan to grow the Manchester team over the coming years, this is a great opportunity to join at an early stage.

The Manchester studio currently has six people and works very closely with the practice s Head of Office team, giving you access to the knowledge, resources and project exposure of a larger practice while still being part of a small and collaborative local team.

You ll work across a variety of projects and support teams through several RIBA stages, contributing to design development, technical packages and coordination with consultants.

Projects include:

• High-rise residential schemes
• Education buildings
• High-end leisure projects
• Office-to-residential and commercial conversions

This practice is known for investing in early-career Architects and supporting progression through to qualification.
