A respected residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the build of high-quality homes in Wiltshire and South Gloucestershire. You ll take full ownership of sites, driving standards, safety, and quality with support from an award-winning team.
What You ll Do:

Manage all on-site operations, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are hit

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

Uphold Health & Safety policies and enforce compliance

Maintain tidy, efficient sites with first-class presentation

Liaise with consultants, head office, and local authorities

Monitor programme schedules and budgets
What You ll Need:

Proven track record delivering residential builds (new build essential)

Proven track record of high end barn conversions
-
Strong technical knowledge of masonry construction

Confident reading drawings and coordinating trades

SMSTS, First Aid & Scaffold Awareness certification

Eye for detail and real pride in delivering a quality product
