External / Roofing Surveyor Leeds - Manchester You ll need to be based around the M62 Corridor £35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus company vehicle and benefits Key Responsibilities On-Site Surveying & Data Collection Carry out detailed roof surveys across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Measure roof dimensions, drainage points, outlets, perimeters, falls, upstands, and penetrations with accuracy. Identify existing build-ups, verify deck condition, and assess requirements for tapered insulation or flat board. Capture photographic evidence and produce clear survey notes to support the design process. Assess risks relating to access, working at height and site constraints.
