Senior Construction Manager

I m representing a £40 50m turnover London contractor entering a significant expansion phase, backed by a strong secured pipeline and a structured 2 3 year growth strategy.
They re now looking to strengthen their delivery capability with the appointment of a Senior Construction Manager.

This is a growth-driven hire, not a replacement.

The Role:
You ll take a lead role in site delivery across London schemes, managing construction teams, driving programme, quality and safety, and working closely with commercial and preconstruction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
