Pay:
23 per hour (CIS) - Temporary Period
38,000 per annum - Permanent Salary
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Multi Trade Plasterer to join a leading housing provider delivering responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties for local authorities and housing associations.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out reactive and planned plastering works in occupied and void properties
Patch plastering, skimming, rendering, and making good following repairs
Completing associated multi-trade duties including basic tiling, painting, and minor maintenance tasks
Diagnosing faults and resolving maintenance issues efficiently
Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations
Using a PDA device to receive job instructions, update progress, and maintain accurate job records
Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Basic DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
Proven experience working within social housing or property maintenance
Strong plastering background with multi-trade capability
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
