Job Title: Carpenter Multi Trade

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Pay:
21- 23 per hour (CIS)
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Carpenter Multi Trade operative to join a leading housing provider delivering responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Feltham.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and consistent work, with overtime available to increase earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out reactive and planned carpentry works in occupied and void properties
Hanging doors, repairing and replacing door frames, skirting, architraves, locks, and kitchen units
Installing and repairing windows, fencing, and other general carpentry elements
Completing associated multi-trade duties including basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and decorating
Diagnosing faults and resolving maintenance issues efficiently
Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations
Using a PDA device to receive job instructions, update progress, and maintain accurate job records
Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Basic DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
Proven experience working within social housing or property maintenance
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry preferred
Strong multi-trade capability and ability to work independently
