Hours: 8.00am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to 60,000 Dependent on experience
Holiday: 30 Days, including Bank Holidays and Christmas Break

Our client is widely recognized as one of London's most trusted names for exceptional washroom projects, particularly of large size. They take projects from inception to completion with their designated in-house teams for each step of the process including design, estimating & specifications, manufacturing and installation.
Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking for a dynamic and ambitious Estimator to join their team.
Position Duties
Including but not limited to:
- Support the Sales team by reviewing project details to assess suitability for quotation. For approved projects, follow standard procedures to evaluate and validate all received information.
- Prepare detailed quotations by manually quantifying required products, clearly marking up relevant drawings, and completing the project scope spreadsheet to provide a comprehensive overview (typically including Levels, Cores, Products, and Specifications).
- Issue requests for quotation (RFQs) to suppliers for all procured goods and manage responses accordingly.
- Compile and prepare quotations using our bespoke pricing models and calculation tools. Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing existing processes, drawing on prior experience and industry knowledge.
- Clearly and concisely document all clarifications and exclusions to ensure transparency and alignment among stakeholders.
- Conduct a full cost review, finalize all documentation, and issue the completed quotation to the client.
- You will also provide support to the sales teams, as required including hand over meetings, face to face appointments and managing incoming enquiries via the inbox.
Position Requirements
- You must have previous experience as an Estimator, ideally in a Joinery or Washroom Environment
- Good numeracy skills and a highly competent user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyse, report and explain data accurately.
- Collaborative approach with colleagues in estimating and other departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience within the construction industry and conversant with standard operating procedures and methods
- Working knowledge of contractual terms and conditions commonly applied by Main Contractors.
- Ability to understand marked up drawings and BOQ's
- Ability to use and understand ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong commercial awareness is essential
