Mechanical Project Manager

Options Resourcing Ltd are actively looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to start on a site near Kings Cross, London.

About the role:

Project consists of 5 listed town houses being refurbished into apartments. Remaining works are 2nd fix and plant room works.

All sub contractor packages on going (plumbing, ventilation, BMS & plant room install), no direct labour to manage.

• Paid 400 a day.
• Working 7:30am to 4:30pm.
• 3 months work.

Start date: 09/03/2026 or 16/03/2026.

Qualifications needed:

• Valid JIB PHMES blue or gold card or blue or gold Engineering Services skill card.
• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certificate.
• Relevant Mechanical qualifications.
