Our client is a highly regarded and award-winning and house builder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, are looking to appoint an experienced and driven Senior Technical Coordinator to join what is already a high performing team.

Some of your key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Technical Manager with all aspects of a project from start to finish
• Manage external consultancies
• Control and issue design information and drawings to relevant internal and external stakeholders
