The Bristol team is expanding and they are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor who enjoys leading work, building relationships and being recognised for their expertise.

What you'll be doing

• Leading professional and project surveying instructions across commercial and public sector portfolios
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and repeat instructions
• Delivering surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis and contract administration
• Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
• Playing an active role in shaping the Bristol team's growth

• Chartered Building Surveyor
• Strong consultancy or property background
• Confident delivering both professional services and project work
• Comfortable leading instructions and advising clients directly
• Collaborative, practical and commercially aware
