Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for multiple Multi Skilled Operative's to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
- Carry out first and second fix joinery
- Undertake basic plumbing
- Complete patch plastering
- Complete tiling
Essential Experience of the Multi Skilled Operative:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience of working within Social Housing or Local Authority
- NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
