Quantity Surveyor
Exciting new QS role for a large main contractor! This role is based in central London.
About the role of Quantity Surveyor
We are a privately owned company with over 170 years of experience with an amazing 900million turnover! We are a company that delivers construction, civil engineering and fit-out projects to various sectors including healthcare, education, defence, industrial, retail and more. Our projects values range from 60m to 100m with a strong, busy pipeline of work.
We are looking for someone that is determined and very hardworking with at least 4 years experience and a background working for a main contractor. We are also looking for someone who is determined and with a strong work ethic, looking to work with a company that can offer excellent career progression! We have a great staff turnover with over 850 people currently employed by us.
Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor
- Control multi-billion pound projects
- Negotiate major deals
- Prepare tender documents
- Manage claims and disputes
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor
- A degree in construction
- A commutable distance to Central London
- Min 4 years experience
- Experience working for a main contractor
