The Senior Quantity Surveyor s key Responsibilities will include:

  • Cost Estimation: Lead accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project outcomes.
  • Project Budgeting: Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost control strategies.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will require:
