Quantity Surveyor to ensure all critical deadlines are met monthly, specifically submission of valuations, internal CVRs, cash flow forecasts, internal forward work plans, sub-contract ordering, valuing of sub-contract works and processing sub-contract payments all in accordance with deadline schedules set by the line manager. Quantity Surveyor to liaise with the site and project managers to ensure maximum efficiency of working methods and material procurement. Quantity Surveyor to have experience of pricing models: NHF SOR codes, basket rates, schedule of items, bill of quantities, etc along with experience of JCT, NEC, TPC, PPC and NHF standard forms of contract.
