Job description: Ground Maintenance Operative
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced GMO join a reputable and highly regarded Social Housing Provider.
This is a key role within the Property Care team, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in all aspects of Ground Maintenance duties.
You'll be responsible for Strimming, Trimming, Mowing, Waste removal and there may be occasions where you have to deal with graffiti and fly tipping. You will have the ability to safely and efficiently use tools and equipment, work independently or as part of a team, and ensure all work meets health, safety, and quality standards.
Start date: Accepting Candidates who can start immediately.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Location: Malvern.
Duration: Ongoing
Pay rate: 15 per hour.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a GMO in a facilities or building services environment.
- Relevant qualifications or trainin.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
- Ability to work at in all weather conditions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
- Full UK Driving Licence-this is an absolute requirement for this role
