Site Supervisor

GVR Solutions are working with a reputable drylining contractor based in Essex. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a commercial drylining package based in Ipswich.

This is a key role on a live commercial project, requiring a strong background in drylining and proven supervisory experience.

Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor:

• Supervising day-to-day drylining operations on site
• Managing subcontractors and labour teams
• Ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification
• Monitoring quality control and site standards
• Enforcing health & safety compliance
• Liaising with the main contractor and project team
• Reporting progress and resolving on-site issues

The Site Supervisor must have/be:

• Proven experience supervising commercial drylining projects
• Strong hands-on drylining background (essential)
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Valid CSCS card
• Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
