L&Q’s Maintenance Service is looking for a Reactive Supervisor to join the in-house team. The North East Supervisor covers Waltham Forest, Havering Redbridge and the surrounding areas.
Your impact in the role: You will be part of a team of Supervisors who cover reactive repairs. You will be responsible for circa 10 Multi trade and Specialist Maintenance Operatives who work across the Neighbourhood. The role reports to the Maintenance Team Manager.

Based in Redditch, with responsibility for managing operatives and subcontractors across planned and reactive works. Key Responsibilities: Supervising day-to-day repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties Managing a team of operatives and subcontractors Ensuring works are completed to programme and within agreed timescales Monitoring quality of work and ensuring high standards are maintained Upholding health & safety compliance across all sites Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within social housing Experience managing both operatives and subcontractors on repairs/maintenance works Must pass a Basic DBS check Strong organisational and communication skills Valid Gold CSCS Full UK driving licence What s on Offer: £22.58p/h CIS 8 month contract, with possibility of extension Company van and fuel card Immediate start available To apply, please submit your CV or get in touch for more information.
