About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall (Banksman) to join an active construction site in High Ongar. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site safety by managing vehicle movements and ensuring pedestrian safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Directing site traffic and delivery vehicles safely
Guiding plant and machinery movements
Ensuring safe access and egress to the site
Monitoring and controlling pedestrian routes
Maintaining clear communication with drivers and site management
Enforcing health & safety regulations at all times
Requirements
Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket
Previous experience on construction sites
Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
Good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
