We are looking for an Electrician with a Highly Reputable Social Housing Provider throughout the Norfolk & Kings Lynn Region

Full Time Permanent 40 Hours Per Week
Location: King's Lynn / Dereham (covering Norfolk & North Suffolk)
Salary: 37,534 per annum, rising to 43,530 with progression
Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Call-Out Payments

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out electrical repairs and fault finding in occupied and void properties
  • Completing domestic electrical inspections and testing (EICRs)
  • Undertaking void property rewires and upgrades
  • Delivering reactive maintenance across social housing stock
  • Providing a professional, tenant-focused service always
  • Participating in an on-call rota (with additional payments)

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
  • AM2
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience within domestic, housing association, or property maintenance environments
  • A customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills
