Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Refurbishments Wakefield 30-40k plus benefits We are working with a leading Social Housing contracter to find a successful and proactive Assistant Quantity Surveyor, to join their team in Yorkshire. This role is working on refurbishments within Social Housing, including internals, externals and decarbonisation schemes. Within the role, you will assist the lead Quantity Surveyor with cash management, including timely application / certification / invoicing / payment and careful administration of subcontract accounts. We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has knowledge and understanding of measurement and valuation. You'll also have a good understanding of budgets and forecast management, CVR's and supplementary financial reports and final accounts. Knowledge of cyclical and planned maintenance within the Social Housing sector would be beneficial. We are also looking for a good level of competency in IT systems and packages including Microsoft Excel.
