BIM Co-ordinator

We are seeking an experienced BIM Co-ordinator / BIM Technician to support a major tunnelling project based in Snowdonia. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating MEP services within a complex infrastructure environment, ensuring design integration, clash detection, and compliance with project BIM standards.

• 
  Develop and coordinate detailed MEP models in Revit within a tunnelling/infrastructure environment
• 
  Manage federated models and ensure alignment across disciplines (Civil, Structural, MEP)
• 
  Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues
• 
  Maintain BIM standards in line with project BEP and ISO 19650 principles
• 
  Produce 2D drawings, schedules, and technical documentation from Revit models
• 
  Attend coordination meetings and liaise with designers, subcontractors, and site teams
• 
  Support construction teams with model-based information and technical queries
• 
  Ensure accurate model data for asset information and handover requirements

• 
  Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP)
• 
  Proven experience coordinating MEP services on infrastructure or tunnelling projects
• 
  Experience with Navisworks for clash detection
• 
  Understanding of BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 workflows
• 
  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment
• 
  Strong communication and coordination skills

• 
  Experience on large-scale civil engineering or underground projects
• 
  Knowledge of tunnel ventilation, drainage, pumping, or specialist MEP systems
• 
  Familiarity with Common Data Environments (e.g., ACC, ProjectWise)
