Lettings Officer
Location - Shrewsbury
Hourly rate - 18.00 Umbrella
Temporary on going contract
Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a well-established housing association with the recruitment of a Lettings Officer to be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service with a focus on resident and community wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a lettings environment with experience of allocations and/or terminations.
Job duties for the Lettings Officer
- Working in a fast paced lettings team,
- Holding a caseload of allocations at various stages
- Processing terminations of tenancy,
- Advertising homes for let,
- Shortlisting from a choice based lettings system (Shropshire Homepoint)
- Completing allocation checks and verification,
- Dealing with customer queries via phone or email.
- Scheduling affordability checks and sign-ups.
Experience required for the role:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Accurate record keeping
