Job Description

A client of ours is recruiting a Contracts Administrator to join their team in the outskirts of Witham. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position working in the office Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Your key duties in this Contracts Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
Providing administrative support to internal teams
Administering documentation for live projects
Preparing, issuing and tracking project paperwork
Managing and maintaining digital project files and records
Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers

Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
Previous administration experience, ideally within a project-based or fast-paced environment
Strong IT skills and confidence working in digital systems
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
