Senior Quantity Surveyor - Aptus

Our client are a provider of multi-utility services based in the North-West of the UK

They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business on either a permanent or freelance basis

Business info:

• Turnover circa 60m
• Client base includes various sizes of national developers
• Work on capital schemes which are smaller in value - mains laying, electrical connections, drainage etc
• Have circa 600 live projects

Key responsibilities:

• Good understanding of commercial processes
• CVR's
• Change Management
• Payment applications
