Senior Quantity Surveyor

Reginald Gray is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established principal contractor with a 30M turnover. The business operate across sectors including private and public residential, education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and leisure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets
• Monitor financial performance and ensure value for money
• Manage commercial aspects of projects, including contracts and procurement
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure financial control

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior QS on multi-sector projects
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
