Site Manager

Reginald Gray is seeking a Site Manager for a well-established principal contractor with a 30M turnover. The business operate across sectors including private and public residential, education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and leisure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Manage trades and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with H&S regulations
• Monitor progress, quality, and programme performance
• Maintain clear communication with project teams and clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in similar projects
• Broad knowledge across multiple sectors and construction methods
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
