This is a hands-on role sitting between site surveys, technical design, drawing coordination and material scheduling. It would suit someone with a roofing, cladding or envelope background who enjoys being out on site, but is also confident working with drawings, measurements, schedules and suppliers. The role As a Technical Surveyor, you'll carry out detailed roof and building envelope surveys across new build, refurbishment and re-roofing projects. This is a hands-on role sitting between site surveys, technical design, drawing coordination and material scheduling. It would suit someone with a roofing, cladding or envelope background who enjoys being out on site, but is also confident working with drawings, measurements, schedules and suppliers. The role As a Technical Surveyor, you'll carry out detailed roof and building envelope surveys across new build, refurbishment and re-roofing projects. You'll then turn that site information into technical layouts, drawing briefs and material schedules, working closely with draughtspeople, site teams, manufacturers and suppliers to make sure projects are measured, drawn, ordered and delivered properly.
