Job Description
Reginald Gray is seeking a Project Manager to join a well-established principal contractorwith a 30M turnover. The business operate across sectors including private and public residential, education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and leisure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, programme, and budget targets are met
- Coordinate design teams, site teams, and sub-contractors
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor risk, quality, and compliance throughout projects
Requirements:
- Significant experience managing multi-sector construction projects
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
