£19.00 - £20.00 per hour

ARC are seeking an experienced Handyperson / Multi Trader for a residential construction site in Cambridge.
Job role:
-
Carrying out snagging and finishing works in new build properties

Small carpentry and painting tasks (not a fully qualified trade role, but must be competent with tools and finishes)

Experience in mastic/sealant work is essential

General handyperson duties to support the site team
Requirements:

Previous experience working on residential construction sites

Own tools relevant to carpentry, painting, and finishing tasks

CSCS card essential

Reliable and able to work independently
