Location: South Birmingham
Contract: Temp or temp to perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £23 per hour (CIS)

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Multi Skilled Carpenters to join our client s reactive maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day Carpentry upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic/social housing settings

• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties

• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry / Joinery (can consider time served)

• Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to perform basic secondary trades - desirable to have experience with fire doors / glazing
