Our client is a highly regarded and award-winning house builder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, are looking to appoint an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor to what is already a high performing Commercial department.
Some of your key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Subcontract procurement from initial Tender stage through to handover.
- Control subcontract valuation process and manage variations.
- Monthly Cost Budget Reconciliations
- Accurate financial reporting of your live sites
