The practice provides a wide range of services including project work, contract administration, cost consultancy, and professional building surveying advice.

The Role

• Conduct measured surveys and prepare detailed reports
• Manage project contracts, specifications, and tender documentation
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, and quantity surveying (desirable)
• Carry out contract administration and project management duties
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery

The Person

• Senior or Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS desirable)
• Experience within residential and/or commercial sectors
• Strong contract administration and project delivery skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
