The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Lead Planner to take ownership of the planning strategy and programme management for a major hyperscale data centre development.
As Lead Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing integrated master schedules, driving schedule performance, and ensuring alignment across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. You will play a key role in providing strategic insight to senior stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making in a complex, mission-critical environment
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain the integrated master programme.
- Lead schedule coordination across multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
- Monitor progress, identify risks to programme, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear and accurate reporting on schedule performance and forecasts.
- Support change management and scenario analysis to inform decision-making.
Key Requirements
- Extensive planning experience on large-scale, complex construction projects
- Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software
- Strong understanding of critical path analysis, risk assessment, and programme controls
- Experience within data centre or mission-critical environments highly desirable
