Site Manager Roofing / Overcladding
Eastbourne
12-Week Contract
Start: End of March
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in roofing and overcladding / metal sheeting projects for a 12-week scheme based in Eastbourne, starting end of March.
This role will suit someone who has hands-on experience managing roofing packages and understands the sequencing, safety requirements, and quality control involved with overcladding and metal sheeting works.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations

Managing roofing and cladding subcontractors

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks

Maintaining programme and reporting progress

Liaising with clients and senior management
Requirements:

Proven experience managing roofing / overcladding / metal sheeting projects

SMSTS
-
First Aid
-
Black CSCS
-
Strong H&S knowledge
-
Ability to hit the ground running
-
Temporary Works (preferred not essential)
This is a short-term project with an immediate requirement, so availability for a end of March start is essential. For the right candidate there will be further works if able to travel to the next project.
