Senior Project Manager North Lincs £80k - £90k + Package

I m recruiting on behalf of a leading regional contractor for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leading role on a major regeneration project

This is a high-profile scheme involving multiple stakeholders, requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and end-to-end project control

Key Responsibilities;

• Lead the delivery of a large, complex regeneration project from pre-construction / early works through to completion
• Overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality, and safety
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, Site Managers, and wider delivery teams
• Coordinate design, commercial, and construction activities
• Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders and consultants
• Drive risk management, reporting, and governance processes
• Ensure works are delivered in line with contractual and client requirements

Requirements;

• Proven experience delivering regeneration or mixed-use projects
• Strong main contractor background
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Commercially astute with strong programme control experience
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black), and relevant construction qualifications
