Site Manager - Hemel

Location: Milton Keynes

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a window and door replacement programme within occupied social housing properties. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard while maintaining excellent resident satisfaction.

• Manage subcontractors and site teams across multiple properties

• Oversee programme delivery and report progress to the Contracts Manager

• Ensure Health & Safety compliance (RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks)

• Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging

• Act as on-site point of contact for residents

• Proven experience in social housing refurbishment

• Experience managing window and door replacement projects

• Strong background working in occupied properties

• SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level), First Aid

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
