The Opportunity
We are seeking a HSE Manager to lead safety strategy and implementation across a major hyperscale data centre project. You will champion a positive safety culture, drive compliance, and ensure safe, efficient construction and commissioning practices.
Responsibilities

Drive a strong safety culture across contractors and stakeholders

Monitor compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements

Lead incident investigations and corrective actions

Provide HSE performance reporting and improvement strategies
Key Requirements

Significant experience managing HSE on large construction projects

Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements

Data centre or mission-critical experience desirable
