Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fire Alarm Service and Maintenance Engineer to join our expanding team, covering clients across East London. The chance to join a growing M&E specialist firm with over 30 years of experience.This role suits a technically strong engineer with excellent fault-finding ability and a commitment to delivering first-class service.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on fire alarm systems across a variety of commercial sites

Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently, minimising downtime for clients

Confidently service and maintain fire alarm panels

Inspect, test, and maintain fire extinguishers in accordance with relevant standards

Complete detailed service reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant

Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding system performance and upgrades

Ensure all work is completed in line with current fire safety regulations and company procedures
Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer

Strong knowledge of BS 5839 and relevant fire safety standards

Proven experience working with Kentec, C-Tec, and Advanced panels
-
Ability to independently diagnose and resolve system faults

Full UK driving licence
-
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Desirable Skills

FIA training and equivalent industry qualifications
