Domestic Gas Engineer - Service & Repair (Social Housing)

Salary: 250 - 275 + Van & Fuel Card + Benefits

Regen Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineer to join their team carrying out maintenance in the social housing sector. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, fault finding, and repairs on domestic gas appliances
Diagnose and repair heating systems efficiently and safely
Complete landlord safety checks and associated paperwork
Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied properties
Ensure all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations
Requirements
Valid ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1 preferred)
Proven experience in domestic service & repair
Experience working in social housing (desirable)
Full UK driving licence
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
