Drainage Engineer

The Role

We are recruiting an experienced Drainage Engineer to join a privately owned and growing business operating across the North West. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident working independently, delivering high-quality drainage surveys and refurbishment works, and contributing directly to the success of the company.

You will be a key part of the operational team, carrying out CCTV drainage surveys, condition assessments, and drainage refurbishment activities across a variety of sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake CCTV drainage surveys in accordance with industry standards

• Accurately assess drainage condition and identify defects

• Produce clear, professional drainage condition reports

• Carry out or support drainage refurbishment works where required

• Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with WJA and company procedures

• Liaise professionally with clients and internal teams on site

Essential Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Drainage Engineer

• Strong experience in CCTV drainage surveys

• Ability to produce detailed and accurate drainage condition reports

• WJA approved

• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• Experience using HADDAMS reporting software

Location & Travel

• Projects are predominantly across the North West, with a strong focus on Liverpool, Manchester, and Preston
