Job Summery Responsible for the accurate surveying of properties, capturing all relevant data electrically to ensure appropriate decisions are made in respect of repairs and maintenance, actively resulting in enhanced customer service to tenants. To identify the need for H&S inspections for gas and electrical risks, Scaffold inspections, legionnaires and asbestos prior to any work commencing and taking any action as necessary to ensure the safety of the property. To manage sub-contracts reporting and monitoring stock levels held. To carry out audits on sub contracts, stock and quality of works. Our client is a leading construction contractor tasked at delivering a large scale new build in the region. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years stores experience ideally in a construction, mechanical or electrical environment. Applicants with FLT counterbalance tickets would be advantegeous certified by either CITB, RTITB or NPORS and be computer literacy is important. The Electrical Storesperson will require knowledge of Electrical trade products and installations. So previous experience in this sector is preffered. They will also be required to keep stores clean and apply safe working practices

Electrical Storeman required for immediate start in Slough. Duties will include managing the stock of materials in the stores along with arranging and offloading deliveries.
