This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Surveyor who enjoys working in a consultancy environment that values autonomy, professionalism, and high-quality delivery. You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional surveying services across a range of project types and sectors
- Undertake inspections, condition surveys, and produce clear, accurate reports
- Provide pragmatic, commercially aware advice to clients
- Support projects from inception through to completion
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines within the consultancy
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation and industry standards
About You Essential:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience within a UK construction consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of construction methods and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workload independently
Desirable:
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
- Experience with residential sector projects
- Project management exposure
- Experience in dilapidations and/or technical due diligence
