Experience Required Proven experience as a Project Director within the construction industry. Previous Tier 1 contractor experience delivering projects valued at £50m+ . Strong understanding of MEP coordination and delivery . Excellent knowledge of Design & Build procurement and project delivery. Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts . Strong commercial awareness, including cost/value reporting and procurement processes. Qualifications Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or a related discipline. Membership of a recognised professional body such as CIOB, RICS, MICE , or equivalent. SMSTS (essential). First Aid at Work qualification. RAMS experience (essential).
