Demolition Operatives (Non-Licensed Asbestos Work)
Location: Gorleston, Norfolk
Duration: Approx. 2 months
Certification Required: CAT B (Non-Licensed Asbestos)
We are currently recruiting experienced Demolition Operatives for a project in Gorleston, Norfolk. This role involves demolition works including non-licensed asbestos removal, a valid CAT B asbestos certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general demolition works on site

Undertaking non-licensed asbestos removal in line with safety regulations

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Following site instructions and health & safety procedures at all times

Working effectively as part of a demolition team
Requirements

Valid CAT B Non-Licensed Asbestos Certificate (ESSENTIAL)

Previous demolition or site experience preferred

Ability to work safely and follow method statements

PPE required (hard hat, boots, hi-vis, etc.)

Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic

CSCS / CCDO
