We've got a brilliant role for an Electrical Supervisor to join our client's team on a state of the art, commercial site based in Sunbury-On-Thames. This is brilliant if you're looking to avoid the commute into central London, develop your supervisor / managerial skills, build on your client management skills and join a well established building service provider.
This is a static role, following a Monday - Friday pattern (8am - 5pm)
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee a team of M&E maintenance engineers, carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, allocate works, provide technical support, update site logbooks and report into the Account Manager.
Electrical Supervisor Duties: - PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
- Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
- Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
- Organising subcontractors
- Completing logbooks and RAMS
- Conducting client meetings
- Ensuring the account manager is kept up to date on a regular basis
- Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
- Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Electrical Supervisor Requirements: - City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
- Ability to lead a days engineering maintenance team
- Building Services Maintenance experience
- Career driven and motivate
Salary and Package: - £47,000 - £50,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm
- 25 days annual leave + Bank holiday
