The Role
-
Full-time, site-based position overseeing electrical installation and maintenance projects

Supervising electricians and site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

Managing daily site operations and coordinating schedules
-
Carrying out inspections to ensure quality and compliance
-
Ensuring all work adheres to current electrical and safety regulations
-
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues as they arise
-
Providing technical support and guidance to engineers and operatives
-
Liaising with clients to ensure project specifications and expectations are met
-
Promoting and maintaining excellent health & safety standards on site

The Ideal Candidate
-
Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide teams effectively
-
Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and handling Electrical Equipment
-
Strong understanding of electrical systems and engineering principles
-
Up-to-date knowledge of current regulations and safety standards
-
Familiarity with NICEIC requirements
-
Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
-
Excellent organisational and communication skills
-
Confident leading teams and working independently
-
Proactive, practical, and solution-oriented mindset
-
SSSTS or SMSTS
