Site Manager required for 6 High Spec apartments in the Chelsea / Knightsbridge area.

This is an 18 week contract which is to manage the internal fitout of the apartments taking from M&E through all stages of build, plastering, carpentry and delivering high spec finished apartments.

This would suit a site manager who has previously delivered high spec apartments and someone who understands what it takes to deliver the high spec finish.

Being able to communicate well on site with all involved is imperative (Client and contractors etc) and they are looking for applicants who have a keen eye for detail who can deliver excellent finishes.
