Estimator / Senior Estimator The Role

An excellent opportunity for an Estimator or Senior Estimator from a main contracting background to take ownership of tenders across fast-track refurbishment projects.

You ll be responsible for pricing works from first principles, managing subcontractor enquiries, analysing returns, and working closely with the wider pre-construction and delivery teams to secure work.

Conquest experience would be useful but is not essential strong main contracting estimating experience is the key requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed cost plans and tender submissions
• Producing competitive, accurate estimates from drawings and specifications
• Managing subcontractor packages and tender returns
• Value engineering and cost optimisation
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Supporting bid strategy and handover into delivery

About You

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator with a main contractor
• Background in refurbishment / interiors or fast-track projects
• Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working at pace without sacrificing accuracy
• Conquest experience beneficial but not essential
