Typical works include: External Wall Insulation (EWI) / Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) Window and door replacement Roofing and roof insulation / Loft insulation Underfloor insulation Heating and energy efficiency upgrades General refurbishment and retrofit improvement works You will manage subcontractors, site teams and project activities across several schemes, maintaining strong client relationships whilst delivering an excellent experience for residents. Quantity Surveyor - The Role: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to run varied and interesting refurbsihment contracts as part of a successful commercial team. There is a pathway to progress to Commercial Manager within 6-9 months.
