Job Description

Local council authority are looking for a Housing Administration Officer to join them on a temporary basis.

Working in Loughborough, you will be required to complete a variety of administration and customer service duties. As follows:-

Duties:-

  • Provide complete administration duties across the housing section of the council.
  • Deal with any enquiries, internally or from customers.
  • Update and maintain data on internal systems and complete spreadsheets.
  • Support team meetings.
  • Dealing with any complaints and enquiries.
  • Process housing related Grants including preparation of general correspondence.
  • Progress Grants related invoices.
  • Monitor and progress Grant repayments and Land Charge data.
  • Assist with the preparation of formal statutory notices and licences.
  • Any other related administration duties.

Experience and qualifications:-

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Significant experience of clerical and office administration duties.
  • Experience working with internal systems.
  • Experience working in customer focused environment.
